Reviews from some of the 400+ hunters that hunt ducks and deer with us each season in our guided hunt, shared duck leases, and exclusive duck holes programs each season.
Let me start by saying thank you for providing an excellent hunting experience for myself and my friends this past weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with MS Delta Ducks. Greg and Grant truly went the extra mile making sure we were having the best possible experience throughout the weekend.
I loved that both guides wanted us to have the best possible success and were willing to move to different locations and do whatever was necessary to ensure we would have a chance at killing birds.
Tallahatchie Flats was a great choice to put us up the two nights we hunted. Several of us are history buffs and being able to sleep in old sharecropper houses was an added bonus to our hunt.
You will definitely see me again in the future. Thank you and have a happy new year.

2019-20 MS Delta Ducks Hunt Review
Just want to say thanks for having the 3 of us out. Really enjoyed our time with the Delta boys. Grant was a phenomenal guide and even better guy. Glad we were paired up with him. We actually enjoyed his company so much, we mentioned to him about possibly coming back in January to hunt and wanting to do a shared lease next season. The entire ride back we talked about how we would all move to Greenwood in a heart beat, so this is the closest we could get to that.

A Christmas present was given early but the memories and passion will last a life time. His 1st duck/goose/quail hunt and I was able to be there hanging on every smile and question soaking it all in. Listening to him speak the lingo with the folks in he blind was priceless #turn’em #decoy’em #oneMorePass #CallTo’em #Take’em ; at times I forgot I was even hunting while I merely watched the “present” unravel before me. This was an adventure from the start. Any of y’all tried to predict the delta weather or assumed what a 8 yr old would need on his 1st go? But we can’t wait for the next adventure and memory footprint. Big thanks to the staff MS Delta Ducks (y’all were awesome and had great hospitality).

Just wanted to write to tell you how much we enjoyed our trip to Greenwood. You all showed us a fine time! Rivers worked himself nearly to a frazzle to get us a good hunt and we certainly appreciated his efforts. He's a good 'un! Have a good off-season and we'll see you next year.

I wanted to let you know that my son and I had a good hunt Saturday near Phillip. We saw about 8 does and 2 hogs. Took a shot at a hog about 500 yards away, but came up short. We enjoyed it and like what you are doing in the Delta. Thanks

Having a blast with MS Delta Ducks this year. Great memories being made with family and new friends. The guides are doing a great job trying to find some ducks for all the groups but they can't control the weather. Jacob Ainsworth is a fine young man that takes pride in making sure all his hunters have an opportunity for ducks and he can't control if the group can't shoot (haha). Ducky Troutman is another fine young man that takes care of his hunters and makes sure that the group has a fun trip. Hunter Graham is a fine young man that goes above and beyond the call of duty for his groups and got a fine puppy that is coming along very well. Blake Hardin is another young man that works hard for his hunters and he also can't control the shooting andNathan Peden has assembled a great team that is working hard for their hunters enjoyment. Every guide/field staff that we have worked with have went above and beyond this year for a great hunting experience. Can not wait till the ducks migrate down here.

I wanted to let you know how pleased we were on our trip. I know El Niño is kicking your tails. Our deer season stunk as well so I understand. Jacob was top notch! My boys have never done this before. After the first morning no shots no birds they both said "this was fun" and not to worry if we didn't kill anything it's hunting. I saw how the birds wouldn't land and wouldnt respond to calls but Jacob wouldn't give up. He was going to get us on a bird. Finally last hunt we began having groups come in and my youngest got one. They had a blast having birds get that close. Jacob, Blake, the Holiday inn staff even made this trip outstanding. We came back after check out from getting off the water and they were so cooperative. The Lord will, We will be back! I hope season changes and finishes strong. The way the geese are appearing looks like it will be good! See you next year!

Well guys just wanted to say we really enjoyed the 2014/2015 duck season hunting with MS Delta Ducks. Everyone we had any contact with was just GREAT, you have a great groups of guys working for you.
I think mother nature could have been a little better to us in putting more cold weather up North sooner than it did, but you know the MASTER up stairs know best.

Nathan, Thanks first and foremost for you and your staff for being good guys. There are always a lot of X factors with a new deal but everyone we had any contact with from y’all’s organization could not have been more friendly and accommodating -- made us feel right at home and welcome! Even the new “wing shooters” in my group felt like well-seasoned duck hunters. Please extend my gratitude to all involved. We’ll be back! I plan to re-up for 2015-2016.

Nathan, I just wanted to comment Hunter for this weekend. It was not the duck hunts I was expecting or hoping for but he was a trooper. Nothing you can do about frozen duck holes but he tried his best to make the best of the situation. He got the boys on some divers this morning and satisfied their need to shoot!! My cousins and I had a great hunt with Nathan. We limited our first day and had a decent shoot the second day even under very windy conditions. Nathan took care of everything and all we had to do was show up and shoot. The blinds were in good shape and they had obviously taken the time to scout out the locations we hunted before we got there to make sure our chances were good. We will definitely hunt with them again.

2012 - 2013 Duck Season
man we had an awesome year. Our group ended up with 157 for the year which was down from the 400 last year but i had as much fun, if not more, than last year. We loved being able to hunt different holes this year and we saw a ton of ducks. Ya'll have done an awesome job. My two favorite things about the deal is the ability to hunt different areas and how good you guys are to work with. That's what makes it for us.
I'm sure we will be in touch...a couple of us will be down Saturday with our kids but if i don't see you, thank you and all the staff for making it a great year.

2011 - 2012 Duck Season
It's been a very tough duck season, for everybody. Nathan said you guys weren't catching too much heat, but I know how folks can be. Everyone wants to kill Mallards all day and pay nothing for it. I'll start by saying, this has been the most frustrating duck season in my short history in the sport. I haven't killed one mallard, in fact I haven't killed any big ducks at all! It's a big bummer, but it certainly isn't the fault of MSDD. You guys didn't choose the warm weather, the massive amount of water, the lack of a migration, or the terribly early dates of the Mississippi waterfowl season. That being said, I don't know how often you post reviews or anything, but I wanted to send the following review of MSDD for you to use in whatever capacity. It's a rough season, but you guys have been great at your job.

2011 - 2012 Duck Season
I was one of the lucky opening weekend hunters. No banded birds for us, but my best friend took his 9 year old on his first hunt and he is hooked now! 23 birds, in 2 days isn't to shabby for a warm up hunt! Thanks to Britt, Nathan and all the staff who made the weekend a memory that will last a lifetime for one young hunter.

My wife, son and I recently did a day hunt with you guys and what an adventure! We did ok on day one, rained out on day 2 and stuck our Mule in that MS Gumbo and it was so foggy on Monday that you couldn't see your hand in your face, We did get the Mule out when Rex found us and offered to help out. He is a friendly guy and made sure we were OK. Jack was friendly and very polite to my wife and me. I think he will be a asset to your company.

I want to let you and your staff know how much we enjoyed our trip to Greenwood. The day hunts are perfect for people that don't a lot of time or money to commit to a full lease. I hope you continue to offer these trips. The weather acted up a bit for us during the trip but that's part of it. We had good action all three days of our hunt even though we went so late in the season. I think this had to do with your field staff guy Jack Edmonson. He called to check on us daily to see how things went and scouted to make sure we had birds to shoot at. He made the trip very pleasant. We hadn't even got finished hunting the last day and my son was asking if we could come back next year. We are trying to get a group of people together to get a yearly lease. I will get with you on what properties and prices you have available when and if we can get a committed group. We will definitely purchase another day lease at minimum. Again, thanks to you and your staff for making this hunting trip one to remember.
